This Penthouse style apartment in Spring Hill had a long-term tenant when we first saw it, we advised the seller to wait until it was no longer occupied do some light painting and then we could style it. It had beautiful timber floorboards which we wanted to show case and this gorgeous sunken lounge which we highlighted. The photoshoot was done at twilight to emphasize the amazing city View. We knew with the right exposure and beautifully presented properly we could find right buyer to come through. We listed a Queenslander in the suburb of Wilston. The property was empty and needed a few minor renovations which the owner attended too.
It was agreed that to achieve a premium price that the property had to be staged. The owner was so impressed with the outcome of the styling, that he decided to go with our recommendation to auction the property.
